My car rental experience was Great. The customer service representative, Patrick was awesome. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He was very pleasant. I recommend this place and I will rent there again.
The following day Enterprise set my drop off time to 12 pm when I showed up at 12:10 pm the location was closed for the day apparently they close on Saturdays at noon and the representative never mentioned that. We called customer service and they told me I had to drive the van to the nearest airport which was about 45 min away in order not to incur late fee's. Again I never write reviews however this was very frustrating!!
First off I NEVER write reviews I'm not a picky person however I was Very Dissatisfied, We rented a 15 passenger Van to drive friends to an event and the van smelled like dirty laundry we had to run to the store to buy febreeze! Van was still muddy on the outside both windows and mirrors were cloudy. During the walk around they noticed a seat belt broken which tells me they never inspected it before we showed up so they couldn't rent it to me. Two of our friends had to drive separately in order for us to rent the van.
First time renting a car. I was supposed to get a minivan but they don't have it available so they just upgraded me to a full size SUV. It worked out pretty well! It was very busy when I came due to the long weekend holiday. Staff are very nice and friendly. I would recommend.
Service was great but only the Car was not cleaned at delivery. Found shoes from previous person who rented car. Make sure you guys clean out cars before deliver and you guys will be perfect!
I had my truck in the mechanic shop for a couple days and I rented a car from here. I had the 2016 toyota corolla which I was very pleased with. I liked the service they gave me and the ride home when I returned the car. Friendly staff and good rates. Just they get you with the insurance, maybe a cheaper price would be better, overall everything was great. Keep up the good work guys! I will be back if I ever need a rental
