Awful frist time , worse the second time self help service, heavy set lady just has a ba attitude. We just want help and repect! That's all.
Pomona Court House is the worst court house to file a Divorce against a Officer of the Law. The court is unfair, department B is off the record on contempt of court issues. Officer are allowed to harass and intimidate there wives even though a police reports is on record for murder while the DA is afraid to file of fear of retaliation from local Deputy and Police department. So COP get away from paying any spousal support or anything to the victims. The clerks are as bad as the Judge. Miss conduct and yelling at officers wives is a norm in this court room and back door counsel is on a rampage, while victim counsel are afraid to handle the your case of fear of making enemies. The clerks are running the show and miss conduct in the court room is happing. Don't file in Pomona Superior Court , Department B with John Swanson . He protect the Badge!
They make it impossible to contact by phone, I guess service is not a priority with these folks, everything is driven by $$$

I Had A Jury Trial For Today As In 10/19/17 Turns Out They Had Already Closed The Case On 10/16/17 Without Hearing Me (the witness of the victum) Or The Victim Herself Out , We Were Never Informed About Anything & Have No Idea What Happened & Want Answers . I've Left Multiple Messages & Have Not Yet Recieved 1 Call Back From Anybody . WORST PLACE EVER
