This is completely unacceptable. You/I leave work WHEN THE JOB IS DONE...!!!! This clinic needs some discipline, but we can be sure this is a daily occurrence and quite amusing to the Staff. Thank you Mr. Obama. This is the world you craved. You got it. Your dream come true.
Dr Arasoghli saw my husband on a Friday just before a 3 day weekend. His staff worked him in. He had a serious infecrion in his nasal cavity. He immediately put him in the hospital and started iv antiobitics. Surgery the next day revealed a serious cyst in his nasal cavity. Had he not seen my husbamd, he coyld have had the cyst burst and infection into the brain. We will always be appreciative of what he did. The internist we saw earlier that Friday told him to go to the Emergency Room if it got worse over the weekend and did nothing. Dr.Arasoghli waa wonderful.
Ten minutes later, DISCONNECT. Exactly 5pm. Hit the redial and was directed to an afterhours answering service.
They obviously engaged the "Night Operator" button knowing patients were holding, waiting to make appointments.
Called 4:50pm to make an important appointment. Office attendant: "Okay. Please hold".
Possibly the worst experience at a doctor's office that I've ever had. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and the doctor seems uninterested in patients. Among other problems, they are usually totally booked for the coming month AND they don't book appointments more than a month in advance. This means that you really can't book an appointment at all. They just keep telling you to call back over and over.

Wait for 2months dor an appointment! Then follow the google to upland, though his office was in Pomona! Call him and he said he will see me in another 4months for missing the appointment! Crazy enough
