Customer service is terrible, no one wants to help. Tried to buy a cabinet off a shelf on top and they won't bring it down for me to look at it before I buy it. This place will never get my recommendation or my business.
This place is a joke!!! I went in to purchase a sliding door.. when I went to pay for it the girl told me it was sold already they had not pulled it yet for another customer.. I went on to pick another door pay for it and put in for pick up later by the contractor, she told me them only do one day holds.. I explained to her that 6 days ago I bought a door and put it for later pick by the contractor and I had no problems.. she told me they changed there policies a few days ago.. What a joke this place is, customer service SUCKS these employees need to be trained to work with the public..
It's a good place, you can find a lot of things in a good price
I purchased one items from this store. I tried to return what was unused and in the same condition, totally unused after the job and they would not take it back with out a receipt. What a bad experience when you know the carry the same item. Home Depot is much better .
Good selection but no customer service. Almost feels like it is meant for contractors.
