I spoke today with a girl named Linda and she's really rude. I ask for someone who spoke spanish and she answered very rude. And then she just hung up.

Le pedí hablar con alguien en español y me dijo " no hay nadie aquí que hablé español así que habla inglés " le dije ok hablo después y ella sólo colgó el teléfono. Yo sé q probablemente debemos hablar en inglés pero hay maneras de responder. No así tan prepotente.
They work very slow, they take there time and they like to take people they know first instead of the people that have been here early and the female security guard is rude. She told someone to learn English before they come here
