I don't like this place it is ugly

Went to the clerks office to renew my son's passport. Lady's were supper polite and very nice. No appointment was needed. They were very helpful!!!

Diverse city with great people, a lot of history, character, charm and interesting neighborhoods!

employees are not a professional , do not trust what then. always ask their names and business card, because when you come back they gonna forget and give you completely opposite information.
