Gates get locked as soon as it gets dark. Watch out, don't get locked inside.
Being outside....a lot of trees, green scenery. People interactions, people watching.
Lifeguards on duty, waterslide, food allowed (don't be a pig and ruin it... Clean after yourself), showers, restrooms, two children play areas right outside the pool premises, and the best part it's inexpensive family fun.
I used to like the Ganesha public pool. Until the homeless people start invading the area. I personally still like this public pool but Pomona has this overall issue with homeless people. Where they camp and you gets an Awkward tension. So please lock your cars because if you leave your doors unlocked the homeless people will open your car and take your belongings not this happen to me personally but I heard stories.
Beautiful park , lots of summer events unfortunately allot of homeless. Not that they are the problem because they are homeless it because they treat certain parts of the park like it's their home ...and theu are not good housekeepers
