After having spoken to her partner and the officer who arrived it was explained. She then gave citations to every single person standing in our area. However, the other group on the other side was only given one citation.
We were very professional, surprisingly your city employee was far from it. She should not be out communicating with people because she clearly cannot and represents your city unprofessionally. Using "authority" for personal ego is not something your city should have as representation. There is enough of that already.
Her attitude towards us was less open than to the other group. I am not sure what her issue is with ethnicity but her attitude seems to vary accordingly.
